Juanita Alvarado

My name is Juanita Alvarado, I am a professional technician in gastronomy and I am currently studying marketing. I have always considered myself a kind and attentive person, I also feel a great interest in customer service, as it allows me to make a difference in people’s daily lives.

In my free time, I enjoy listening to music, watching series, going to the movies, and cooking. I also like to spend time with my family and close friends. In the future, I would like to professionalize my career and also learn more about gastronomy, because I am passionate about learning about cultures through their food and culinary techniques.

At Alcozer Law Firm I work as a receptionist, which means that I am one of the first people our clients have contact with when they call us. It is very important to me that from their first experience, each one of them feels that they have come to a safe place where they will be given the help they are looking for. I think the work the firm does through the services it offers is very valuable, as it helps families come together, and helps people in search of a better life get closer to fulfilling their dreams.

In addition to receiving calls from our clients, I help with the creation of content that is published on the firm’s social networks. I like that from my job I can put into practice my current studies, while I contribute with attention to our clients.
