What is a Request for Evidence?
What is a Request for Evidence?
Requests for Evidence commonly known as a RFE are issued by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services to the petitioners when it determines that it needs extra information to make a decision in your immigration case.
What should I do?
Read the RFE carefully, act quickly, put the evidence together and reply within the deadline given.
Is it a bad sign?
It does not mean a rejection, it just means that USCIS needs more information in order to make a decision on your application.
