What is an RFE (Request for Evidence)?
Along all the processes that our firm handles it is possible that USCIS sends a request for evidence, that does not mean a rejection. It is a normal way that USCIS usually uses to be sure of the final decision of your case. The RFE generally generates concern in our clients because they think it would cause delays on the process or the denial of the application but that is not totally right. On the contrary, you could have a successful case if you submit the correct documents and information before the deadline that USCIS grants.
We work efficiently to prepare the packages with all the required evidence but it is unsure that even when all the information was provided, they need to have certain documentation in order to make a decision.
Our long experience demonstrates that there is no way to determine that an RFE is one of the factors of the denial of cases. If you recently received an RFE please contact us and we can help you prepare a correct response.
