Alcozer Law Firm

Sonia is a new U.S. resident; her daughter serves in the Army. Her residence is a huge achievement, she rejoices when she remembers the optimism that she found in Attorney Yolanda Alcozer after feeling hopeless. Her support during interviews and throughout the whole process helped her remain confident. Sonia would recommend us 100% all the time; we are 100% happy for her residency.
“I now feel at peace, calm, because many things will be left behind”, this is how Anna described her life after obtaining her permanent residency. Anna´s story is very moving; she is a Salvadoran woman who came to our Firm in search for help in her case. She was undergoing very difficult circumstances, but here, she found the hope she was looking for, as well as brave and responsible individuals who fought for her case till the end.
Hugo and Nancy, Ecuadorian siblings, reunited. After helping Nancy in her case, we also celebrated the fact that Hugo´s bond was approved, which helped them reunite. “The Attorney visited me and gave me peace of mind. I no longer felt alone in the hearings”, this is how he narrated his experience during his stay in the detention facility and when he saw his sister again.
Nelly, a very brave Ecuadorian woman, is back with his family. Fear took over her when she was detained, but the Attorney visited her, and they spoke for hours. She was flooded with confidence and trust, and always remained hopeful that she would be released quickly to reunite with her family. Finding out that her bond was approved was one of the best news Nelly has ever received; she continues placing her trust in us, and we are now handling her asylum case.
