How to check processings times for my case?

Select FORM in drop down box

Select FIELD OFFICE OR SERVICE CENTER in drop down box
This can be located at the bottom of your USCIS notification

Select Processing time

This will load an ESTIMATED TIME RANGE followed by a list like this:

Estimated time range
Form type
Receipt date for a case inquiry

Determine your FORM TYPE AND RECEIPT DATE, also found in your USCIS NOTICE.
The section RECEIPT DATE FOR CASE INQUIRY shows the RECEIPT DATE that is currently being processed.

With that information you can determine the approximate time your case will be processed. Please keep in mind that these processing times may change or be updated from time to time.

If your receipt number has passed you can submit an OUTSIDE NORMAL PROCESSING TIME service request online so USCIS can take action on your case.
